POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Students need to be registered before enrolling in classes each season. We are waiving the registration fee for 2020-21. To register, you will need to have your own PAC account. CLICK HERE to access or create your account. Through your account you can for register for new seasons, enroll in classes, set up or change form of payment, view your billing history, make a payment, and view classes. If you already have an account but have never signed in, just follow the above link and click 'Forgot my Password'. The, type in the email associated with your PAC account.
WHICH LEVEL DO I CHOOSE?
If you are a current student and your teacher has not approached you about moving to the next level, please register for the same as last year. Since we have students ranging from 3-18 years old and only 6 class levels, all dancers will stay in the same level for multiple years in a row. If you are a new student and aren't sure what level class to take, please follow the level guide below or email @pacificartscomplex.com for additional guidance or would like to set up an evaluation.

Combo / New or young dancers
Level A / 0-1 Years Experience
Level B / 2-4 Years Experience
Level C / 5+ Years Experience
Level D / 6+ Years Experience
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
All tuition and fees are done via AutoPay. When you register you will need to add an active credit or debit card to your account for us to keep on file. Not having a card on file means you are not technically registered for the class. All tuition fees run on the 1st of each month.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M ON A WAITLIST?
Don't panic! There's a lot of movement within classes at the beginning of the season and the majority of people on waitlists end up getting into the class they want. If you are on a waitlist you will automatically be moved up the queue as people drop or move classes. Once a spot has opened up you will receive an email notifying you that your dancer has been placed on the roster. Please reply to the email if you no longer want a spot in the class. Please do not attend a class for which you are waitlisted. These classes have waitlists because they are at capacity.
HOW DO I DROP A CLASS?
If you would like to drop a class or transfer to a different one, we're happy to assist you. To drop a class, please fill out this drop form and then contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I buy Dancewear?
The easiest way to get dress code essentials is to purchase them from our office. We have competitive pricing and pass our studio discount on to you. If we are temporarily out of your size or style, we recommend purchasing online at Discountdance.com. They have a wide selection and excellent costumer service.
